Raymond E. Behmlander

Raymond Ernest Behmlander Pinconning, Michigan Raymond, age 83, loving father, grandfather and brother passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, November 21, 2019 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Auburn, Michigan to the late Ernest & Mary (Bell) Behmlander. He married the love of his life Myrna on July 11, 1964 in Auburn, Michigan. They celebrated 32 years of marriage. Raymond retired from Van Poppelen Brothers as Plant Supervisor after 20 years of service. He enjoyed farming, hunting, and gardening but most of all spending time with his family and grandchildren. Surviving are his children John (June) Behmlander, Steven (Jackie Noykos) Behmlander and Ann (Dwayne) Fath, five grandchildren Emily (Anthone) Sylvester, Stephaine Fath, Lacey Behmlander, Mattie Behmlander and Sarah (Alan) Flannry, 6 great grandchildren Jacob, Elizabeth, Sami Jo, Kaedyn, Adaline and Tristen, three sisters and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife on March 31, 1997, and three brothers. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 12 noon from the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Bauer presiding with a private burial in Homer Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 10 am until time of service.
