Midway Park, NC - Lucy Chadwick, 93, died Sunday, November 1, 2015 at her residence.  Funeral service will be held at noon (12pm) Thursday at Union Chapel AME Zion Church.  A Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Kellumtown Family Cemetery.  Survivors includes son, Billie Chadwick of Midway Park; daughters, Olethia Chadwick, Felicia Hill, both of Midway Park, Vivian Cook, Gloria Jones, Montina Swinney, all of Jacksonville.
