Step-dad of Deanna (James) Wachholz, the late Patricia (Alexander) Mercado, Jennifer (Daniel) Rozwadowski, Jodi (David) Westover, Sandy (Kenneth) Myers and Bonnie (Donald) Ebert. Grandpa of Nicole Spisak, Jamie Mercado, Melissa Mercado, Alexandra Van de Grift, John Rozwadowski, Kacy Rozwadowski, Brenden Westover, CJ Westover, Justin Myers, McKenna Myers, Donovan Ebert and Brayden Ebert. Great-grandpa of Gavin Spisak and Emelia Van de Grift. Brother of Howard Slawny. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Jerome and Alice Slawny and siblings; Shirley Swosinski and James Slawny. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel on Monday, December 2 from 11 AM - 1 PM. Memorial Service at 1 PM. Interment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 3 PM.
