Albert Dewayne “Puddy” Winnie, age 55, of the Ditney Trail Community, departed this life on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at his home with his family by his side. He was born February 16, 1964 in Oneida, Tennessee to the late Milburn Winnie and Doris Winnie. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Joshua Winnie; brother, Eugene Winnie. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Detta Winnie of the Ditney Trail Community; son, Nathan Winnie and wife Jodie Griffith; daughter, Natasha Strunk and husband Chris, and Chelsey Winnie all of the Ditney Trail Community, Heather Bauswell and husband Charles; sister, Cindy Sellers of Helenwood, TN; brother, Curtis Winnie of Louisiana; grandchildren, Caylyn Buttram, Peyton Bauswell, Emma Bauswell, Noah Winnie, Hezekiah Winnie and Alexander Winnie; several nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will receive friends for visitation Monday, November 25, 2019 from 4:00 P.M until the time of service at 6:00 P.M in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville with Bro. Dudley Harness and Rodney Mason officiating. Burial will be Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 10:00 A.M at the Winnie Family Cemetery in the Ditney Trail Community. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville has been entrusted with the arrangements for the family of Albert Dewayne “Puddy” Winnie.
