Laura Irene Bouchard, resident of Amherst, NH, passed away on November 16, 2019 with her family by her side following a long period of declining health. Laura was born in Worcester, MA on August 3, 1941, a daughter of Perley Francis Brady and Bernadette Laura (Belanger) Brady. Laura was raised in Grafton, MA in the Farnumsville village one of seven children who survived infancy. She attended school in Grafton and later attended Commerce High School in Worcester, MA. She met Richard Joseph Bouchard of Worcester and later married on April 7, 1961. Together they raised 3 children in Amherst, NH where Laura was a resident for over 48 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and her cats, feeding the birds, reading, walking, gardening, traveling and vacationing at the beach with family. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard J. Bouchard Sr., who died in 1997, her parents, 4 siblings; Marlene Cotter, William Brady, Florence Tashjian and Edward Brady. Family members include her son and daughter-in-law, Richard J. Bouchard Jr and his wife Wannee of Tyngsboro, MA; two daughters and a son-in-law, Kathleen Bouchard of Milford, NH, and Lynn Bouchard and her husband Derek Liporto of Auburn, NH; two grandchildren, Madison (who shares Laura’s birthday) and Cole Bouchard –Liporto of Auburn, NH; a brother and sister-in-law, Harold & Barbara Brady of Charlton, MA; a sister, Rita Brady of Houston, TX; many nieces and nephews. A private service will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Milford,NH.
