Rogina, William M. "Bill," "Nick" Born to Eternal Life November 16, 2019 at the age of 73. Loving husband of Sandra (nee Beaudoin). Cherished father of Renee (Kenneth) Cipriano, Dawn (Kevin) Baumann. Beloved grandfather of Megan (Michael) Lynch, Christopher (Jenelle) Luczak, Nick Baumann, Tony Cipriano and Sydney Baumann. He will be missed by Mike and his hunting buddies. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial visitation Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 4:30PM to 6PM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Memorial service to follow, at 6PM with Military Honors. William dedicated his life and career in service to the United States Air Force and Wisconsin Air National Guard. Members of the Air Force Honor Guard team will render honors in acknowledgement of his service.
