Tammy Sue Widmar, age 60, of Ottumwa passed away on Saturday morning, November 16, 2019 under the care of Hospice Serving Davis and Wapello Counties. She was born in Memphis, MO on September 17, 1959 to Ivan and Clarine (Grabowski) Rush. She graduated from Memphis High School, and then attended Indian Hills Community College. She married Mark Widmar on July 17, 2000. She was a Phlebotomist, and later worked as an EMG Technician. Time spent with her children and grandchildren is what she cherished the most. Tammy is survived by her husband, Mark Widmar of Ottumwa; children, Michael Miller of Ottumwa, Michelle Miller of Ottumwa, Nicole (Travis) Sanders of Agency; five grandchildren, Rashonda Miller, Leandra Miller, Chloe Miller, Quinley Sanders, Talia Sanders; and siblings, Alan Rush of Holstein, and Gary Rush of Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ivan and Clarine Rush. Tammy’s body has been cremated. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
