Michael Hartlett O’Toole, 67, of Cheyenne passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. Michael was born to Edward Hartlett and Mary Patricia (Kurtz) Powell in Cheyenne, Wyoming on July 19, 1952. He is preceded in death by his parents and his adopted father William O’Toole. He is survived by his daughters Kelley Moriarity and Jennifer Kitts; grandchildren Odin Hathaway, Milo Kitts, and Madeleine Moriarity. In addition, he is survived by his former wife Gene O’Toole. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
