Don Lee Knapp, Jr. 1952-2019 Don Lee Knapp, Jr., 67, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Mosaic Life Care. He was born May 15, 1952. Don was a contractor in the St. Joseph and Kansas City area for over 30 years. He built homes and revitalized many of the historic homes in St. Joseph. Survivors include his parents, Don Knapp, Sr. and Joyce (Strong) Knapp; children, Klint Knapp (Jaime), Shayna Bryant; grandchildren, Karter Knapp, Harper Knapp, Rylie Brant, Gracie Bryant; sisters, Rebecca Moore and Regina Cunningham. Cremation under the direction of Simplify Cremations & Funerals.
