Elizabeth Anne Spaur Stickley (“Beth” or “Libby” to her friends and family), 68, died on Saturday, November 9th, 2019 in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She was surrounded by her loving family and friends. Beth was born on July 2nd, 1951 in Martinsburg, WV. She graduated from Martinsburg High School in 1969. She graduated from Shepherd University with a B.A. in Education, and from Mountain State University with a M.S. in Business. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Carl Stickley, and her three children - Donna Stickley and Matthew Stickley, both of Martinsburg, WV, and Sarah and her husband Josh Stickley-Miller, of Port Allen, LA. She is also survived by her grandson, Blayne Spies. She retired as a teacher from the Berkeley County School System. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood. Beth dedicated her life to the education of children.
