Mildred "Jeanie" Emogene McClung

Mildred "Jeanie" Emogene McClung, 89, of Kincheloe went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, November 9, 2019, from the comfort of her own home. She was born in Kincheloe on June 20, 1930, a daughter of the late Wilbert D. and Loxie Violet Oldaker McClung. Mildred was also preceded in death by one brother, Arnold Daris McClung; one sister, Norma Sue McClung; and two nephews: Darin Lee McClung and Terry D. McClung. Jeanie was a member of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. Her hobbies included sewing, quilting, gardening and cooking. Anytime spent outdoors working in her flower gardens filled her with joy. While in the kitchen, Jeanies graham cracker pies were beyond compare and she enjoyed sharing them with all her family. She loved them all very much and they will miss her greatly. Cherishing their memories of Jeanie are one sister, Helen Ramona McClung McKay; three nieces: Sherry Baldwin and husband, Phil, and Debbie Lott and husband, Chuck, all of Kincheloe, and Karen Wilfong and husband, Michael, of West Milford; one nephew, Steve McKay and wife, Cathy, of Jane Lew; and several great nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church located at CR-35/Kincheloe Run Rd. in Kincheloe from 12-1 p.m. on Wednesday, November, 13 2019. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday with Reverend Destry Daniels officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery in Kincheloe.
