Funeral for Rosemary Jones Velazquez will be Monday, November 11, at 6 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home with visitation afterwards. Burial will be Tuesday, November 12, at 11 a.m. in the Jones Family Cemetery. Pastor Satina Stewart Swain will be presiding. Friends and family are also being received at the residence. Instead of flowers, the family would appreciate assistance with final expenses Rosemary Jones Velazquez, age 60, passed away early Saturday morning, November 9, 2019. She had been employed at Cates Pickle Company, at National Spinning, and at Kentucky Fried Chicken. She was preceded in death by a son, Feliciano Javier Velazquez; her parents, Ralph B. and Estelle Dail Jones; a brother, Ralph B. Jones, Jr.; and sister, Mary Lou J. Myers and Mildred Rae Jones. Survivors include a son, Joshua Maynard, and two daughters, Veronica Velazquez and Demetria Velazquez, all of Mount Olive; six grandchildren; two sisters, Fannie Lee Brock and Melver Gray Machamer, both of Mount Olive; two brothers, Robert Jones and wife, Deborah, of Emerald Isle, and Tony Jones of Mount Olive; along with several nieces and nephews.January 2, 1959 - November 9, 201901/02/195911/09/2019
