Lavallee, Sandy – It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Sandy Lavalle ‘SP’ on November 8, 2019, at home surrounded by his family after a short illness. He was 77 years old and leaves behind his loving wife Denise (nee. He also leaves behind his sisters Linda (Duncan) and Darlene (Crowe). Sandy was known as “Mr. Telephone” and volunteered for many years with Help A Child Smile. Sandy loved sports, travel and the adventure of flying. He was a lover of music and enjoyed playing the harmonica. The family would like to thank Drs. Lovegrove and Mesner, and nurses Kim and Jocelyn for their kind, compassionate and consistent care. A celebration of Sandy’s life will be held at Club Richelieu, River Road, Welland on November 16, 2019 from 1 – 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Help A Child Smile would be appreciated by the family.
