Dannie Joe Osborn Dannie Joe Osborn, son of Edgar and Rosa Clopp Osborn, was born, September 25, 1950 in Macks Creek, Missouri. He departed this life, Thursday November 7, 2019, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of sixty-nine years, one months and thirteen days. On June 30, 1995 in Lebanon, Missouri he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Kathy Oesterreicher. Together they shared twenty-four years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother Roy Eugene Osborn and his brother-in-law, Floyd Grady. Survivors include his wife, Kathy Osborn of the home; two sisters, Betty Jo Grady of Camdenton, Missouri and Peggy Rose Gray and husband Jim of Odessa, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Dannie was a life-long resident of Macks Creek, Missouri where he also graduated from Macks Creek High School Class of 1968. He had worked for Blair Cedar before going to work for the Camden County Road and Bridge department as a grader operator. He worked for Camden County for over seventeen years. Dannie was saved at an early age at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church. In his spare time, Dannie enjoyed hog farming and fishing. He a talent for doing wood working by making doll furniture out of oak and pine and many other fine wood pieces. They would travel all over Missouri, into Kansas and even up to Chicago, Illinois for craft shows. He loved to piece quilts with Kathy and sell fabric from their fabric store. The time he and Kathy loved the most, was when they were RV’ing. Branson was their favorite spot to go to. He was a loving husband, brother, uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 13, 2019 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Edith. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m., until time of service in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to United Network for Organ Sharing and left at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
