Maria L. Moreno, (nee: Robert), 77, of Newark, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, November 07, 2019. Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park, on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 8:15am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Michael’s R. C. Church in Cranford at 9:30am. Interment will follow to Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth. Visitation will be on Monday, November 11, 2019 from 4 to 8pm. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Maria came to the United States in 1967 and settled to Newark, NJ. She was a seamstress for ladies clothing for many years, retiring in 1986. Maria is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Eduardo R. Moreno, two loving sons Eduardo D. Moreno and Richard W. Moreno and his wife Lisa, and two cherished granddaughters Erica and Gabriella Moreno.
