Reflection of a Life Margaret (Brown) Moore was born on February 12th, 1933 in a family of twelve children, The eighth child born to Walter Brown Sr and Birdie Ann(Hurdle)Brown. Margaret loved her siblings. She was very family oriented. Margaret loved to sing with her siblings. The family had a group titled Barbara and the Browns and they recorded with Stax Records. Margaret met and married Oliver Moore Jr on January 1st, 1956. During their union they were blessed with two daughters Maurice and Barbara. After Traveling with Oliver throughout his 22 years in the Army, Mr. and Mrs. Moore Settled down in Denver, Colorado In 1972 and it has been home ever since. Margaret worked in civil service for over 25 years. Margaret loved to sing, cook, and travel. Margaret loved spending time with her grandchildren Margaret was a member of Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church in Aurora. Margaret was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Margaret leaves behind her surviving brother Richard Brown in Minneapolis, MN, her daughters, Maurice Yvonne Holcomb(Robert) of Aurora, Barbara Jean Blunt(Martin) of Denver, her six grandchildren Latasha, Sean, Robert, Darius, Brianna, Myles, five great grandchildren, a loving nephew Tyrone Bolton (Patricia) of Denver, a loving niece Darlene Robinson(Danny) of Detroit Michigan, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She will Never be forgotten and she will be greatly missed. Margaret, Mom, Grandma WE LOVE YOU.
