JoAnn P. Jacks, age 71, passed away April 16, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was survived by her children Gregory (Shannon Dickinson) and Jennifer (Chris Hamilton); grandchildren: Sierra Hamilton, Hailey Hamilton, Nolan Jacks and Natalie Jacks. She is also survived by her brother John Cole. JoAnn is preceded in death by her husband Bernard Jacks, her parents Herbert and Edith Cole and brother Joe Cole. A memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, April 30 from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:30pm at PHILLIPS FUNERAL HOME, 122 W. LAKE ST., SOUTH LYON.
