James Vernon Puckett, 62, of Claremont passed away on Friday April 15, 2016 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. He was born April 26, 1953 in St. Paul, Virginia to the late James Henry Puckett and Verona Bernice McReynolds Setzer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Stacy Lee Puckett; and his sister, Roxy Corben.
