Tramel, Kathy Jean Jackson, Michigan Her Legacy… Kathy Jean Tramel, 66, passed away October 25, 2019. She was born on October 3, 1953, in Jackson, Michigan to Joseph Lee and Roberta Jean (Rowe) Stone. Kathy married the love of her life, James Tramel, in Jackson, Michigan. She will be remembered for being a strong willed woman who spoke her mind, but also had a gentle, kind heart. Her family was very important to her, especially her granddaughters. Kathy had a great talent in embroidery, quilting and painting. She made many beautiful quilts for family members and her embroidery looked as good on the back as it did the front. Kathy loved to work in her garden and tend to her flowers. She also rescued a dog “Dozer” that she called “Donut” and made tremendous progress with him in showing him love, tenderness and trust. Her Family… Kathy will be missed by her husband James; her daughter Tina (Dave) Blumhardt; her mother Roberta Stone; siblings, Karen Keith, Kimberly (Timothy) Downard, and Michael (Shea) Stone; granddaughters, Myranda and Lindzee Blumhardt; many nieces and nephews and a special cousin Rhonda.
