His Legacy… Clarence Millard Wright, 91, passed away October 19, 2019. He was born on May 18, 1928, in Port Clinton, Ohio to Willard and Florence Wright. Ken married the love of his life, Beverly, during the mid-90’s, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. He will be remembered as a hard working proud member of the Teamsters. He served in WW II in France as a driver for Military Officers. He loved hunting, fishing and camping and traveling. He met Beverly dancing at the Elks Club and they enjoyed over 20 years together before her passing in 2017. His Family… Ken will be missed by his daughter, Debbie (Dennis) Ray; grandchildren, Kristie (Dustin) Laneheart, Bradley (Sarah) Howe; great grandchildren, Preston, Parker, Lilli and Griffin; and Step Daughter Verda (Danny) Overbee. He is preceded in death by his wife, Beverly, his parents, Willard and Florence, and sister Norelee (Jim) McDonald. . His Farewell…Ken’s family and friends will gather from 10:30-11:30 AM on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel, followed by his Community Farewell at 11:30 AM. Private Burial will follow the service at Union Udell Cemetery in Ypsilanti Township. Memorial contributions are suggested to The Humane Society.
