Lena Kohut Obituary
Mrs. Lena Kohut, long-time New Jersey resident, passed away in Raleigh North Carolina on January 24th 2014. Lena Grieco, was born on February 21st, 1917 in Jersey City N.J. to Italian immigrant parents.She married the late Peter Kohut in 1941. She spent her teenage years, and young adulthood in Newark, but lived most of her life in Rochelle Park, West Orange, and Belle Mead. She is survived by her son, Andrew Kohut of Washington DC, and daughter Rosellen Cutter of Holly Springs, North Carolina. She was a loving grandmother to Matthew Kohut, Amy Kohut, and Melissa Jordan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday January 29th at 10am in St Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church, 47 Skillman Rd., Skillman N.J.Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visiting for family and friends will be Tuesday from 2-4 6-8 at the Hillsborough Funeral Home, 796 US Hwy 206, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Amedisey Hospice, 220 New Fidelity Court, Garner, NC 27529
