Frank B. Williams passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the age of 76 years. Frank was born in San Antonio, Texas on May 16, 1943 to the late Claudia B. Williams and Frank Buffin. He attended Brackenridge High School. Frank retired as a heavy machine lead mechanic after 33 years of service with HB Zachry Construction. In his pass time away from work he enjoyed watching sports… he was a fan of the San Antonio Spurs and the Dallas Cowboys. Frank also loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his spouse, Mary Ann Allen, children; Dionne Willliams, Jody Williams, Wanda Williams and Freddy Williams; sister, Vernell Hubbard and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
