Northcutt, Judy L., 68, of Morningview, KY passed away at St. Elizabeth Florence on October 10, 2019. She worked as a Loan Processor for Heritage Bank. She is preceded in death by her Parents: Nathan and Virginia Northcutt. She is survived by her Brother: Ron (Susie) Northcutt and several Cousins. Memorial Services will be at the convenience of the family with Don Catchen and Son Funeral Home assisting.
