Marilyn R. Ash, 72, of Indianapolis, passed away surrounded by family on October 9, 2019. She was born April of 1947 to John and Margaret (Picknell) Somerville in Brisbane, Australia. She had a zest for life. She loved dancing, traveling with her best friends, and elephants, but she was happiest when she was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her children Rachel (Mark), Karla (Chip), and Philip (Lori); grandchildren Sydney, Edward, and John; brothers John and Peter; sisters Shereen and Michelle; and a whole lot of friends, including her boyfriend of 16 years, John and her best friend of 42 years, Kay. Her energy and laughter will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
