Larry Joseph Hunt

Larry Joseph Hunt, 62 of White Plains, passed away February 19,2016, at Baptist Health Madisonville. Larry was born February 28, 1953, to the late Fred Hunt, Jr. and Renna Louise Whitfield Hunt. He was a coal miner at Pyro mines for 25 years, and a barber for 18 years. Larry was a mason with the Orphan's Friends Lodge #523 and attended church at Living Word. He had many interests including camping, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. Preceded in death by his father, Fred Hunt, Jr. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Rebecca LeGrand Hunt; two daughters, Traci (Mike) Reager of Madisonville, and Keli (Tim) Gleason of Hixson, TN; four grandchildren, Katelynn, Hannah, and Laurynn Gleason, and Jayden Reager; mother, Renna Louise Hunt of Nortonville; his sister, Sandy (Robert) Crawford of Nortonville; and brother-in-law, Mike LeGrand of Madisonville. Services will be held at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville on Tuesday, February 23, at 11:00am with Bro. Brad Payne officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Nortonville. Masonic Rites will be held Monday at 7pm at the funeral home. Visitation will be at Bandy Funeral Home on Monday from 5pm to 8pm and after 9am Tuesday.

My husband and I send our deepest sympathy to Larry's entire family. We haven't really spent any time together since we were children but I know he was a good man who will be deeply missed. Larry's dad and my dad were brothers.
