Lina Louise Harper, 82, of the Hendron Community passed away at 2:10 a.m. Wednesday, October 02, 2019 at Calvert City Convalescent Center. She was born in Paducah, Kentucky. Lina was a long time member of Bellview Baptist Church. She retired from the Florsheim Shoe Factory and then worked at Walmart on Hinkleville Road. Lina is survived by her daughter, Deanna Stegmann and husband, Mike “Brillo” of Calvert City, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Haley Terry and husband, Garrett of Bardwell, Kentucky, Sheena Hoadley and husband, Sean of Chatham, Illinois, Chelsey Olson and husband, Mark of Odessa, Florida, Ashley Wofford and husband, Ricky of Puryear, Tennessee, Amanda Basham and husband, Ben of Benton, Kentucky and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Walter Louis Harper and a brother, Roy Nelson. Her parents were Jeff Nelson and Chloris Herzog Nelson. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Nolen officiating. Burial will follow at Herzog Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2019 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
