Peggy Louise Keisler, born January 1, 1941 in Camden AR; passed from this life September 12, 2019, in Little Rock AR. She was 78 years old. Peggy graduated in 1958 from Fairview High School, Camden, Arkansas. She retired from Arkansas Public Service Commission. Peggy is preceded in death by her parents Royal and Mattie Keisler; and friend and former husband Roy Haley. She is survived by her brother Ronnie Keisler and wife Doris; Sister Pamela Keisler; daughter Tanya Wadkins and husband Fran; Grandchildren: Lauren Wadkins, Brenton Wadkins and Nathan Wadkins; Life partner Greg Clark; Nieces: Kerri Conellan and Ami Brooke Quarles; Nephews: Rhett Keisler, Ryan Keisler and Justin Quarles. A graveside service will be Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 3:00pm, at the Lutheran Cemetery in Malvern. A visitation will be at 13817 Foxfield Lane in Little Rock at 5:00pm, following the service.
