Joseph "Joe" Robert Arseemas Bennett, age 23, Unicoi, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the Johnson City Medical Center Emergency Room. He is a son of Junior Arseemas Bennett and Lynette Bogart Bennett. Joe was a Certified Welder and worked for Anchor Steam Power Company. He attended Buffalo Valley Freewill Baptist Church. Joe loved welding, hunting, working on cars, 4-Wheeling, fishing and floating down the Nolichucky. He was preceded in death by his Aunt Wanda Bennett Davis. In addition to his parents, Joe leaves behind to cherish his memory, one brother, Matthew Bennett, Unicoi; two sisters: Lauren Heaton Arnett (Joseph), Elizabethton, Elisabeth Bennett (Cody Howard), Elizabethton; two nieces: Serenity Howard and Bethany Bennett; special friend, Abigail B. Sparks. The family will have a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
