Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, September 1, 2019, Wendy Burke of Victoria, age 52 years. Predeceased by parents: Albert and Frances Burke. Leaving to mourn, one brother: Glenn Burke, Carbonear; one sister: Kelly Burke (Glenn Seymour), Carbonear; sister-in-law: Carolyn Pike, Victoria; niece: Katie; nephew: Peter; also a number of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, September 4 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Inurnment in the United Cemetery, Victoria.
