Tami C Clarke<br /><br />August 6th, 1963 - August 28th, 2019<br /><br />Tami is survived by sons Nicholas Clarke and Phillip Clarke and <br />daughter Kandace Clarke all of Tulsa.<br />Sister Barbie Benton of Broken Arrow and brothers Michael Fox of Broken Arrow, <br />Todd Sparks of Tulsa and Randy Sparks of Dallas, Texas.<br />Mother Carol Fox, Father Tom Sparks and wife Marilyn all of Tulsa Oklahoma.<br /><br />She was preceded in death by husband Edwin Fincher and sister Pam Fox.<br /><br />Memorial services will be Sunday, September 15th at Lark Venue from <br />2:00pm until 4:00pm. The address is 3009 East 101st Street<br />Tulsa, Oklahoma 74137.<br />Overflow parking will be at Jenks Middle School next to Lark Venue.<br /><br />
