James “Doug” Norris, 56, of Cheyenne, died on Friday, December 11, 2015 from an accidental fall. Doug was born on July 2, 1959 in Lake Charles, Louisiana and was involved in the uranium mining community. He is survived by wife, Natalie Norris of Cheyenne; father, Jim Norris of Lake Charles; and two sons, Chris Norris of Cheyenne, and Jared Norris of Portland, Oregon. Services will be Thursday, 2:00 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Interment will be in Cheyenne Memorial Gardens. Friends who wish may contribute to the Comea Shelter.
