Christina "Tina" Lafleur

Christina “Tina” Lafleur, 64, of New Ipswich died Friday December 11, 2015 at her home surrounded by family. She was born December 16, 1950 in Peterborough, daughter of the late Adrien and Alice (Forcier) Ouellette. Tina grew up in Jaffrey and had attended Conant High School. Tina has been a resident of New Ipswich since 1980. She was employed at Warwick Mills in New Ipswich in various capacities for twenty three years. Previously she had worked at D.D. Bean and Sons Co and Reed & Prince both in Jaffrey. Tina was a member and past president of the Jaffrey Memorial VFW Post 5613 Auxiliary in Jaffrey; a auxiliary member of American Legion Post #13 in Greenville and also was a member of the Eastwood Club in Fitchburg, MA. She was an avid reader and loved riding her Harley. She and her husband had toured Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota on motorcycles. She also had been part of Rolling Thunder in Washington DC for many years; and had also enjoyed Biketoberfeast in Daytona, FL. Tina is survived by her husband of 42 years, Robert “Butch” Lafleur of New Ipswich; her son Richard A. Brassard and his wife Michele of New Ipswich; her two daughters, Patricia “Sissy” Chalke and her husband Daniel, and Brandy Card and her husband Dean, all of New Ipswich; ten grandchildren, Timothy J. Seppala, Jr., Ivan R. Seppala, Devin J. Tuttle, Demi L. Tuttle, Chanel C. Tuttle, Nathan I. Tuttle, Miranda K Bertram and husband Dan, Robert D. Card, Elizabeth M Brassard and Richard A. Brassard III; three great grandchildren, Trinity V. Seppala, Griffin E. Seppala, Lincoln J. Tuttle; two sisters, Lauren A. Peard of Jaffrey, and Lynn L. Lord of Lyndonville, VT; a brother, David A. Ouellette of Rindge and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends. In addition to her parents, Tina was predeceased by her brother Alan G. Ouellette on July 25, 2003. Family and friends are warmly invited to calling hours on Friday December 18, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street, in Jaffrey. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 11:00AM in St. Patrick Church, Main Street, Jaffrey. Rev Wilfred H. Deschamps, Pastor will officiate. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
