Teresa Gail Smith, 57, of Cleveland, TN passed away on December 11, 2015. She was born on February 12, 1958 to the late Kenneth Smith and Frances Ford Beasley. Teresa had been a resident of Cleveland for nearly fifty years. She had a love for crocheting and would spend much of her time making blankets and many other things to give away. Above all things, she was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother and loved spending time with her family. In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by three sisters: Diane Rogers, Vicki Self, Cathy Smith, and step brother Steve Beasley. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter Rebecca Almos; sisters Mary Smith and Barbara Bunch; grandchildren Braedon Epps and Jack Locklear. In addition to these, she leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends. A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday December 15, 2015 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Monday December 14, 2015 at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service on Tuesday at Tasso United Methodist Cemetery.
