Marlene May Brogan Obituary

Marlene May Brogan of Allenton passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015 at the age of 61 years. Marlene was born on June 3, 1954 in Wayne, Michigan. She was one of six children born to Michael and Ryta (nee Bachorski) Hauler. In 1974, she married Richard J. Brogan. Marlene was a hard working woman and dedicated her life to being a mother and wife. She enjoyed golfing, even achieving a hole-in-one at Belle-River in Riley Township and gambling. Marlene was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Marlene is survived by her husband of 41 years, Richard J. Brogan, Sr.; children, Richard Jr. (Jackie) Brogan, Shannon (Chris) Maier, David (Danielle) Brogan, Kimberly Brogan and Shawn Brogan; grandchildren, R.J., Madison, Gabriella, Brianna, Chasten, Mila, and Ricky and siblings, Richard Hauler, Dolores Edwards, Helen Giacalone, Marion Harrington and Nicholas Hauler. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 13, 2015 and Monday, December 14, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tiffany-Young, Hauss & Modetz Funeral Home, 73919 Fulton Street, Armada. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Tiffany-Young, Hauss & Modetz Funeral Home, instate from 9:00 a.m. to the time of services at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery in Richmond Township. The family has invited you to join them for a lunch at Sycamore Hills Golf Course immediately following the committal service at the cemetery. Memorial tributes would be appreciated to the family of Marlene May Brogan.
