Rebecca Leah Simms, 61 of Pikeville, died Saturday, October 24, 2015. She was preceded in death by father, David Lawrence Layton. Left to cherish her memories are her son, Brian Simms, TX; grandson, Darian Simms, Missouri; mother, Shirley Berry Layton, Pikeville; brother, David (Lucy) Layton, Harrison.
