BROWNING, Lee Wilton, 84, of Tampa, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015. He was born in Milton, West Virginia. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Norma Browning of 46 years. He is survived by his two sons, Roger Browning and Kurt Browning; four daughters, Theresa Kettner (Paul), Gina Emerson, Sam Goodyear (Dan Roach) and Rhonda Smith (Kenny); 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two brothers, Elwood and Chick Browning; one sister, Jackie Fitzsimmons; extended family and friends. He was loved by all, friend to many and he will be greatly missed.
