Billy Don Day was born July 21, 1963 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Wilbur and Bonnie (Bishop) Day. He departed this life on November 1, 2015 in Tulsa at the age of 52 years 3 months and 11 days. Billy grew up in Woodward and attended Woodward High School. He had lived in Adair for about the last 20 years. Billy was married to Deborah Holdeman on July 5, 1986 at Ft. Supply, Oklahoma. He had worked for the Ford Dealership in Pryor until 2002. At that time he opened his own car lot in Adair. Billy enjoyed fishing, working with cattle and playing pool. He was a champion bull rider and had been involved in Junior Rodeos. Billy also liked working on cars. His biggest enjoyment was his family. Billy is survived by wife Debbie, two sons Dillon Day of Ft. Supply, Oklahoma and Will Day and fiancé Deedra Montgomery of Pryor and their daughter Willow Day, brother Steve Day and wife Twila of Woodward, sister Janice Hammans and husband Daniel of Mooreland, Oklahoma and sister Belinda Candelaria and husband Paul of Farmington, New Mexico. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Jana Johnson.
