David L. Sage

DAVID L. SAGE, age 66, of Piqua, passed away Sunday August 18, 2019 at 5:25 A.M. in his residence. He was born October 27, 1952 in Piqua, OH to the late Harold Sage and Eleanora (Neff) Nill. He married Sheryl (Meed) Sage October 19, 1974 in Piqua, OH. She survives. He is also survived by two sons: Dave (Jennifer) Sage, Piqua, OH, Josh Sage (Ashlee Christy), Piqua, OH; six grandchildren: Jordan, Tyler, Zach, John (Houser), Jarrett and Raycelynn Sage; eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister: Cathy Sage and one stepfather: Leo Nill, Jr. David attended Piqua High School. He enjoyed working on cars. He was also a big Elvis Presley Fan. David enjoyed dinner with his friends Harold, Scott and Dan. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. David was a self-employed auto mechanic. Graveside services will be held Tuesday August 27, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. at Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua with Pastor Scott Euton officiating.
