Corrine Mae Heath

Corrine Mae Heath age 86 went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the Seneca House.  She was born on July 20, 1933 in Sumner, Iowa to Edward Braun and Marie (Ashbrenner) Braun.  Corrine was a devout Lutheran, and loved her husband and family above all.  She loved to quilt, and craft.  Corrine was a teacher for over 30 years.  She married Johnie Heath on August 8, 1955 and he preceded her in death on March 30, 2014.  Corrine was also preceded in death by her son, Garry Braun; and a brother, Paul Braun.  She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Brewer and husband Clarence of Seneca; grandchildren, Rebecca Brewer, Amanda Miller, Taunie Shafer, Wesley Brewer, Emalee Houston, Clayton Brewer, and Hayden Brewer; 10 great grandchildren; a brother, Arlan Braun; sisters, Dorothy Kjergaard, Marlys Konrardy, and Verena Herrin; along with numerous nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.  In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to the family to help with expenses for her headstone.  Services are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.  Visit <a href="http://www.simpsonfh.com">www.simpsonfh.com</a> for online condolences.

Stephanie, your mom was my sister's sponsor. She always gave great gifts and really understood what kids liked. I remember your parents visiting us in Covington. It was a fun and exciting time.
