Funeral services for Tory Lee Barnett, 32, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 23, 2019 at Christ Gospel Church, 2614 E. 10th Street in Jeffersonville, with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 PM at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street in Jeffersonville, and on Friday prior to the service from 9:30-11:00 AM at the church. He passed away on August 18, 2019 in Louisville, KY. Tory was born on December 18, 1986 in Jeffersonville, IN and worked alongside his brother at Tony’s Lawn Care. Tory absolutely loved his two pit bulls, Sampson and Mia, and was an avid fan of the University of Louisville Cardinals and the Indianapolis Colts. Tory was preceded in death by his brother, Tony Gene Barnett. Tory is survived by his parents, Ricky and Linda Barnett; two siblings, Tonya Chester and Terry Langley; four nieces and nephews, Nicole, Nicholas, Neal Langley, and Tara (Jeremy) King; and six great nieces and nephews, Kevin, Kyle, Addison, Ayden, Atticus Langley, and Sawyer King.
