Timmy N. Brown

Timmy N. Brown, 53, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 18, 2019, at his home. Timmy was born on November 3, 1965, along with his twin sister, Tammy Kauffman, in Tompkinsville, Kentucky to James and Rosa Dulworth Brown. Tim previously attended Howe High School and had a career as a maintenance manager. He was a member of the South Eastern Church of Christ and was known in the community for always lending a helping hand whenever he could. He was preceded in death by his father, James L. Brown, and brother, James D. Brown. He is survived by his mother, Rosa Brown and his sisters, Barbara Sims, Cathy Brown, Brenda England (Ron), Linda Doody, and Tammy Kauffman (Steve). He also left behind 9 nieces and nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews, which he adored dearly. Visitation services will be held Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 6-8 pm at the G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. There will not be a funeral service, as per his wishes.
