Beth E. Brummel September 11, 1953 ~ August 18, 2019 Beth E. Brummel, 65, Marion, went to be with her Lord and Savior in her home at 6:10 pm on Sunday, August 18, 2019. Born in Ada, Michigan, on Friday, September 11, 1953, Beth was the daughter of the late Court and Bertha (Devries) Huisman. She married her beloved husband, Vernon J. Brummel, on March 2, 1973, and he survives. Beth graduated from Grand Rapids Christian School and was the secretary for ten years at Twin City Bible Baptist Church. No matter what she did, she always viewed her work as a ministry in helping people. Also, she enjoyed reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will also be missed by her daughter, Mandie (Tim) Montgomery of Mason, OH; son, Andy (Amanda) Brummel of Grand Rapids, MI; two grandsons, Gavin and Brady; two granddaughters, Zoey and Addie; four sisters, Trudi Huizenga, Mary Perrin, Jenny (Duane) Brummel, and Joy Babcock; and three brothers, Carl (Connie) Huisman, Rich (Ruth) Huisman, and Al (Kathy) Huisman. The family will have a memorial visitation from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at Twin City Bible Baptist Church, 7252 S. Meridian St., Marion, IN. Immediately following the time of visitation, a Celebration of Life service for Beth will begin at 2:30 pm with Pastor Pete Frank officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
