Kathryn P. Kuhn

Kathryn P. Kuhn 82, of Lower Allen Twp., Camp Hill, and formerly of New Cumberland, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2015. She retired as an employee of the West Shore Tax Bureau, Camp Hill, and was a former employee of Roth’s Meats at the West Shore Farmer’s Market, , the cafeteria staff at the West Shore School District and the former Bell Telephone, Harrisburg. Katie was a faithful member and volunteer at Immanuel Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Mechanicsburg, and was also a member of the New Cumberland Olde Towne Assn. and 3 R’s Senior Group at her church. Born on January 26th, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert J. and Helen W. (Hamburg) Parthemore. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Karl, Richard, Joseph and George, and two sisters, Bessie Ulsh and Joyce Shupp. Surviving are her husband, Paul E. Kuhn, with whom she would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on September 24th of this year; her son, Anthony G. Kuhn (Kay Hoffman) of Duncannon; her two daughters; Carol A. Short (Ed) of York; Jane E. Chronister (Chris) of New Cumberland; her brother, Gilbert W. Parthemore (Sondra), New Cumberland; eight grandchildren, Laura, Paul, Katie, Shawn, Bryan, Marc, Stacy and Elizabeth; ten great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday at Immanuel Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Mechanicsburg, with Pastor Steve Wiggins officiating. Burial will be held prior to the services in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Twp. at the convenience of the family. Visitation will be held 9:30 – 11 AM on Wednesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to Immanuel Christian and Missionary Alliance Church (http://immanuelcma.org), 800 S.
