Virginia "Ginny" Kaye Miller, 76 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at her home surrounded by her family. Ginny was born Wednesday, December 30, 1942, in Magnolia, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Doris (Dingler) Kelly. Ginny was a loving daughter, wife, mom, and grandma. She was a devoted Christian and loved the Lord with all of her heart. Ginny loved helping others, quilting, and always put others before herself. Ginny is survived by; Husband: Gary Miller 2 Children: Dean and Lesha Miller of Windermere, Florida and their children, Kaley, Tyler, and Lauren Beverly and Skip Phillips of Cookeville, Tennessee and their children, Krystle, Nicholas, Joseph, and Clay 2 Great-Grandchildren: Jaylee and Jaymeson Brother: Mike Kelly of Kissimmee, Florida Ginny was preceded in death by her parents. Celebration of Life for Ginny Miller will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019, at 4:00 pm at the Heavenly Host Lutheran Church. Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019, from 3:00 pm until time of service at the church.
