Sandra Crittendon

Sandra Ann Crittendon was born in Greenville, Mississippi, December 14, 1947 to Bessie Collins and J.T. Gilmore; the youngest daughter of seven children. She gave her life to Christ at an early age and was baptized at the age of 12 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Winstonville. She continued to profess her life to Christ until she died peacefully surrounded by her family on August 9, 2019. In 1969, she settled in Waukegan, Illinois and began a 38 year career with Cherry Electric until she retired. Throughout her life, Sandra was a constant support to her family. She was especially devoted to her daughters and grandchildren. As the devoted grandmother, she supported her daughters by sharing in parenting and helping to raise them.
