Hayley Jane (Walker) Bouchat
On Tuesday, August 6, 2019, Hayley Jane (Walker) Bouchat, age 55, passed away suddenly at her residence in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Hayley was born July 16, 1964 in Burton on Trent, United Kingdom to Anthony and Gillian Walker. She received her degree in Cosmetology and established her business in the United States at The Rage Salon, and was a cosmetologist for over thirty years. She was single with three pets; her much loved dog, Oliver, her cherished dog, Bear, and her precious cat, Max. Hayley loved her career and was proud of her business, she said it would always be her professional life, and couldn't imagine it any other way. She loved spending time with the children that adopted her as Aunt Hayley including her beloved Parker; she said even though she wasn't mom to them, she felt like they were her kids, and would spoil them at every opportunity. Her English accent and one of a kind laugh was contagious to everyone who frequented the salon. Hayley also loved spending time with her friends and would carve out free time to regularly spend with those she loved; including her pets. Anytime was a great time to go the mountains, which was another thing in her life she couldn't imagine being without, she loved Colorado. Her hobby was to make knitted gifts for those closest to her, she was always witty, and would cause gut-busting laughter in even the most serious situation. Hayley was compassionate to the down-trodden, and would help the forgotten in society, especially animals; and she will always be vividly remembered as a kind and merciful soul with an immense humanitarian capacity for all creatures. She will be missed deeply by her family in England, and the children that loved and adopted her as Aunt Hayley, as well as everyone that loved her as family and called her friend. Hayley was preceded in death by her father, Anthony Patrick Walker. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Gillian Walker; her brother, Paul Walker; her nephew, Christopher Walker; and her niece, Abigail Walker.
