Billy Joe Garland, age 69, of Patton, MO; passed away, on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at the Woodland Hills Nursing Home surrounded by his family. He was born to Hobart and Wanda Lee Cook Garland on February 04, 1950. He and Karen were married for eighteen years. Joe worked for ARI as a supervisor. Survivors include his wife Karen; daughters Karen Kaye Brown of St. Louis, MO; Sharon Raye Betts of Jackson, MO; brother Robert Garland of Marble Hill; sister Wanda Little of Marble Hill; several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Pat Patterson and Rev. Roy Michael officiating. Burial will follow in the Pulliam Cemetery near Scopus, MO.
