Myrna Reynolds McCarthy, of East Lynne, Missouri was born August 8, 1936 in Urich, Missouri the daughter of Wilbur and Dorothy (Yates) Reynolds. She departed this life on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at her home surrounded by family at the age of 82 years, 11 months and 17 days. Myrna was employed at Western Electric in Lee’s Summit, Missouri for 30 years. She was co-founder of Big Creek Southern Railroad in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Reynolds. Myrna is survived by her son, Roger Richter, East Lynne, Missouri; a granddaughter, Sylvia Richter; two great-grandchildren, Catarina and Donovan Richter; other relatives and friends. Cremation. No services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
