Lisa Marie Birch, age 30, of Thornton lost her battle with Crohn's disease on May 7, 2011. Survived by her two children, Alex and Savannah; mother, Cathie Birch; father, Jerry Birch; sister, Shawn (Gene) Padilla and brother, Brian Birch. Lisa is also survived by her grandparents, Faye and Terry Dargan; aunts, Deb (Duane) Dargan, Sue (Timmy) Sickels, Joy (Mike) O'Grady and Judy Birch; uncle, Jim Dargan; nieces, Mariah and Emily Birch; nephews, Donovan and Andrew Birch, Derek and Devin Padilla. Lisa's health limited her activities but she continued scrapbooking and other crafts plus volunteering at her children's school. One of her greatest attributes was her kindness and consideration of her family and friends. Memorial Mass is 11:00AM Thursday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 11385 Grant Drive, Northglenn, CO. Reception to follow. Lisa will be greatly missed and loved by her family and those who knew her. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given for her chldren, Alex and Savannah, to her family.
