Bonnie L. Koury, age 88 of North Huntingdon, passed away on July 26, 2026 at her home. She was born on February 14, 1938 in Irwin, a daughter of the late Charles Spahr and Alice Herold Spahr. Bonnie was an active member of St. Michael's Orthodox Church in Greensburg. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a hotel manager. In her free time, Bonnie loved to read books. She enjoyed watching crime dramas and game shows, especially Jeopardy. In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Koury, one brother, Thomas Spahr, and one sister, Pat Miller. She is survived by one son, Samuel Koury (wife, Leanne), one daughter, Kallie Giandomenico (husband, Nicholas), grandchildren, David Giandomenico, Jordan Giandomenico, Gabrielle Tsantinis (husband, Theo), Samantha Koury, and Reagan Koury, and one great-grandson, Wynston. Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, on Tuesday, July 28, from 4 to 7 PM. A funeral service will take place at St. Michael's Orthodox Church, 1182 Ashland St, Greensburg, PA 15601, on a date and time to be announced.
